This policy covers this website, operated by Eisenmann Hydroforce LLC, doing business as ShingleRX Illinois. It explains what we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill out the quote form, you give us your name, phone number, email address, property address, the age of your roof, and what you're looking for. We also record which ad or link brought you here, using the campaign tags in the web address.
Separately, our site records ordinary technical information that your browser sends to any website you visit: your approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you open, and how you arrived.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about your roof and schedule an inspection.
- To prepare and send you a quote.
- To understand which advertising is working so we don't waste money on ads that aren't.
- To keep the site running and secure.
Calls and text messages
When you submit the form, you agree that we may contact you at the phone number you gave us about your roof, by call or text, including through automated systems. Agreeing to this is not a condition of buying anything from us. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling by telling us on any call or by emailing the address below.
Advertising and analytics
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and this site uses the Meta Pixel. The Pixel places cookies and sends Meta information about your visit, including which pages you opened and whether you submitted the form. Meta uses this to measure our ads and to show ads to people like you. Meta's own handling of that data is governed by its privacy policy.
You can limit this through your Meta ad settings, through your browser's cookie controls, or with an ad or tracking blocker.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make this site and our follow-up work, and only so they can do that job. That includes our website host, our form and email providers, and the advertising platforms described above. We will also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete yours at any time using the contact details below, and we will unless we're required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights; we'll honour these requests either way.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us. No website can promise perfect security, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
